Megan Schrader is the Caregiver of the Month for December. Megan started working for GOSC in July of 2021 and for the last 6 months she has never been late or called out of a shift except 1 time because she was sick. She has willing pickup up 2-hour tuck-in shifts for a client to ensure he safely gets ready for bed. Megan is a dedicated, compassionate, and conscientious employee of GOSC who continues Great Oak Senior Care’s high standard of care by providing the seniors and elderly in our community first-class in-home care in a respectful, loving and caring manner which preserves and enhances the seniors’ independent living and dignity.

I started Great Oak Senior Care with my father in my heart as my motivation to improve the quality of life for seniors by offering support and services to families facing the same difficult situation. My father’s wish was to stay in his home and my goal is to make this wish a reality for families and seniors in the Greater Minneapolis and St. Paul areas.
